Property and Construction

The Property and Construction industry and built environment has always been of immense importance to the London economy and critical to London’s attractiveness as a global city ripe for investment.

If you’re an LCCI member in the Property and Construction industry, you will benefit from a range of targeted business development services, events and gain direct access to senior decision makers from the UK’s business and political communities.

About LCCI's Property and Construction Group

Property and construction continues to be a key priority area for LCCI. Over the years our policy campaigns have focused on critical issues to support the growth and regeneration of the property and construction sector and built environment in London. Successes include: highlighting the critical skills shortage in the construction industry, championing the vital role played by small and medium size developers in London’s challenge to build more homes, emphasising the need for a vibrant end to end supply chain and calling for prompt payment on behalf of the SME supply chain as well as the need for affordable homes for essential workers.
