Since key amendments were made to UK GAAP by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) on 27 March 2024, property companies are set to face significant changes in how they report their financial information. The inaugural meeting of LCCI's Property and Construction Forum took place on Wednesday 10 July at Mishcon de Reya LLP, hosted by the forum's Chair, Susan Freeman, Partner at Mishcon de Reya and host of the Propertyshe podcast.

On Tuesday 25 June, LCCI hosted our Property and Construction Summer Reception at the luxurious No 4 Hamilton Place.
