What does it take to deliver the UK’s infrastructure ambitions in London?
That’s the question we explored with industry leaders, policymakers and practitioners at LCCI’s roundtable discussion hosted by Menzies LLP.
The Connected, Liveable London Group is committed to driving forward a vision of London as a globally leading, sustainable, and well-integrated city. At the heart of its mission is the recognition that the future success of London depends on stronger connections between property development, construction activity, transport networks, and wider infrastructure planning.
The Committee provides thought leadership and actively engages with key stakeholders to advocate for a more connected approach to planning and transport. Its work includes pressing for London’s development as a leading world city in sustainable transport and planning.
We run a dedicated programme of events for professionals from the Property & Construction and Infrastructure & Transport industries, from panel discussions and Q&As with industry leaders to peer-to-peer networking and private lunches. Previous guest speakers have included senior representatives from TfL, Lumo, Soho Estates, Reds10 and Royal Town Planning Institute.

If a planning application has the potential to impact your home, business or the environment, then it is possible to monitor the application and submit your comments to the Local Planning Authority for their consideration.
