London's poor mobile broadband connectivity is intolerable

Commenting on the release of Ofcom's mobile broadband speed research, which found that London has the lowest 4G upload and download speeds of the major cities in the UK, Sean McKee, Director of Policy & Public Affairs at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) said:

"These results from Ofcom are concerning, especially coming just a few weeks after a survey with similar findings from mobile analytics firm RootMetrics, and should serve as a wake-up call for the government. How can London remain a globally competitive city if businessmen and women do not have access to reliable mobile connectivity?

"London's poor performance in upload and download speeds are simply intolerable."
