LCCI Members' Lounge
Exclusively for our members, LCCI's Members' Lounge offers a free and open drop-in workspace in the heart of the City. This is the perfect space to catch up on work between meetings, meet with colleagues and clients or simply recharge over a coffee.
The lounge is conveniently located at 33 Queen Street, London EC4R 1AP and is open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am - 5.30pm.
About LCCI's Members' Lounge
As an LCCI Member you are welcome to use our central London drop-in workspace for free. Use of the lounge is on a first come, first served basis, and booking in advance is not required. Complimentary wifi is provided, as well as tea and coffee.
The lounge includes a five-person meeting room which can be booked for private use. Please email us in advance to secure your complimentary booking.
There will be times when the lounge is closed for an LCCI event. In these instances, members can continue to work from a separate area in our ground-floor office space.

Lounge Usage
Exclusively for LCCI Members
The Members' Lounge is exclusively for LCCI Members. The lounge should be used as a drop-in workspace and not as a full-time office space.
Members can hold meetings in the lounge with guests. All guests must check in at reception.
Respect and Professionalism
We expect all members to interact with other members and staff in a respectful and professional manner. Any behaviour deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive to other users will not be tolerated.
When using the lounge, all vistors must adhere to the Members' Lounge and Meeting Room Policy. LCCI reserves the right to withdraw access for companies non-compliance with our policy.
Head/ear phones and belongings
Head/ear phones should be used when listening to video/audio or video calling.
Whilst in the lounge please keep all your belongings with you. LCCI will not be liable for any missing or damaged personal belongings including items borrowed by other members. LCCI staff cannot sign for post on behalf of members and our address should not be used for correspondence.
Food and Refreshments
You are very welcome to bring your own refreshments into the lounge but please avoid strong smelling food. We do have a vending machine which members can access.

Health & Safety and Data
- In an evacuation use the exit by the toilets, not the glass entrance (which is not a fire exit and will be protected by a fire curtain if the alarm sounds) and disperse (the fire assembly point will not be used at this time).
- The fire alarms at 33 Queen Street are tested every Thursday at 4.00pm.
- Your data will be stored by LCCI and used to manage your membership.
- When using the WiFi be aware of our privacy policy and that usage data may be collected.
Boardroom Hire at 33 Queen Street
We have a 24-person boardroom available to hire at the Chamber. The meeting room space is perfect for training days, board meetings, team catch-ups and business meetings. The meeting room is fitted with large HD screens which can be used for presentations or hybrid meetings. The boardroom can be booked by the hour, half-day or full day at a competitive price, with discounts available for members. Members are welcome to arrange their own catering to be delivered.
Please note this does not affect the current ‘free to use’ policy for the 5-person meeting room adjacent to the lounge.
